We were phoned late one evening from a downtown pub in North End. Our customer had gone out for a film and dinner with his wife because it was their 10th anniversary. Unfortunately it was only really once they finished at the pub he noticed he had suddenly lost his car keys. He explained, "I ran back into the complex and checked everywhere we were seated; but no keys. I then had the idea to look in our car and what do you know, there they were, in the ignition, yet the car had self-locked."
